Through the Rain
When you get caught in the rain with no where to run
When you're distraught and in pain without anyone
When you keep crying out to be saved but nobody comes
And you feel so far away that you just can't find your way home
You can get there alone
It’s ok, won't you say
I can make it through the rain
I can stand up once again on my own and I know that I’m strong enough to mend
And every time I feel afraid
I hold tighter to my faith and I live one more day and I make it through the rain
And if you keep falling down, don't you dare give in
You will arise safe and sound, so keep pressing on steadfastly and you'll find what you need to prevail
Won't you say
I can make it through the rain

And shadows grow close

Sometimes it does require immense strength and courage to garner enough to walk through the rain. Life is a constant fight for dominion, a statement that bears all truth in itself. Either you make it through or you do not, either you win or you do not.
It's all about clinging on to the voice of truth, to hold on tight and never let go in this walk of faith, to have that revelation that the grace of God will always sustain. I will enjoy my walk through the rain, because I know You are holding me close in Your embrace. Faith is built on memories. How true that is, where I know that I can believe because of how You have never failed me through this journey.
Keep on going, you will make it through the rain.
