FRIDAY...
And so it is...26th Sept 2008! I'm now officially 24 years old and counting, and proud of it! =) Haha...this is a day I would surely want to spend with the people closest to me, so if you see your face here, it means you are THY important people in Zoe's life! =p

Went to meet Phoebe and her colleagues for 1-for-1 Swensen's ice cream sundae deal. Her colleagues were sweet- they bought me a slice of ice cream cake. When the staff realised it was my bday, they decided to spring another 'surprise' without allowing us any knowledge of what it entails...and when it arrived, we almost fainted. Another Firehouse Sundae. So it was sundaes after sundaes after sund....
At night, we proceeded for a short dinner followed by the place I really wanted to go: Prive Bar at Keppel Island. Simply love the drinks here and the ambience. *Hint: I like places where there is no excessive noise (i.e. clubs and discos drive me crazy), where nature abounds, where water surrounds, where pretty lights gather, and is pretty secluded. I love to hang out and chill with those people I love in such surroundings, and while the night away. =) Thanks girls for making my wish. Haha! =p

Phoebe and Diana had their Mojitos (nice!), while I had another concoction with pineapple, orange and blood orange in it. Yummy.

THURSDAY...
Slept the day away and woke up to spend the night with E348. Had dinner @ Pasta De Waraku (is the 'De' part correct?) and went up to Helipad @ the top of Central Mall to chill. This place is really cool! No noise, no smoke, no loud music whatsoever. Just nice company over not exactly very nice drinks & service.


Helipad has both the indoor and outdoor parts on different floors. This is the indoor part that I prefer...though you can't really see how nice it is here lah. With the early birds...outdoors.


And then...the 'surprise' came! I was alert enough to spot the rest through the glass 'wall' and so the surprise is not as surprising as meant to be! Muahahaha!

WEDNESDAY...
Nothing beats celebrating my bday yearly with my family. Though things may seem a lil boring with the way bdays are being celebrated, but I still like it. =) Went to Asia Grand Restaurant for dinner (if you are someone who is super particular about good service, this is a place that will satisfy you), then came home for cake cutting session.

TUESDAY...
Birthday Celebration with the leaders! We went to Serenity Restaurant @ Vivo City. Not a bad place to visit considering they do even have bday pressies for us bday friends and a super dups huge jug of green juice! =p
We celebrate our bdays together every year...heh. It's nice to have a fellow bday friend, just in case of any sabos! ;)

MONDAY...
And so, this week started off with a show I was really excited to catch, all for the love of musicals...MAMMA MIA~!!

This year's birthday celebration for me spanned 1 week in itself! How amazing can that get? That just goes to show the greatness of the people around me- their willingness to be spending so much time with me, making me princess of the week. Haha!

Was looking through my pics over the past few years, and thought it was interesting to see the transformation and have a good laugh at myself. For your laughing pleasure too lah, okay! Note the hairstyle transformation too...yes, it's quite a hobby. =p

And this year, in 2008...I could not leave my cake alone.
Hee, but I'm pretty satisfied at the progression lah. At least I feel I look better by the years...sometimes growing up is not a bad idea too! =)

And as for how each day of this week has been celebrated, it'll be coming up pretty soon. In the meantime, a BIG THANK YOU to all my friends and family who have made it happen for me! I truly am a happy and blessed Zoe! *Loves*

Woke up this morning and thoughts of God's goodness flooded my mind. You know, I think this is the best feeling ever- my eyes were half shut and brain half awake, yet having been reminded of how I am so blessed with a great family and the most awesome friends just feels like God has pre-planted a rainbow seed inside of me, and it was popping open early (okay not so early) in the morning for me. 

It's FINALLY time to change my blog song, ever since Desert Song kept only playing halfway...and I got inspiration for a new blog song from Mamma Mia! It's time to dig out my old ABBA Gold CD...*Dancing Queen anyone*? I LOVE MUSICALS! Haha!

Ahhh!! I wanna get my whistle register aka dolphin voice aka 海豚音 right!!

Highly tempted to practice it but my sore throat's not allowing it. Grr!
